Engineers will be needed more than ever in the 21st century. Engineer is a technical person who designs and develops systems with his high level of theoretical knowledge. The next generation of engineers must be equipped not only with technical skills to overcome the high-level new technologies and scientific knowledge they will encounter, but also with both engineering profession and leadership skills for new and most advanced technologies. As the faculty, we train the next generation of engineering leaders. We communicate with our students to help them learn the theoretical and technical skills they need, strategize with them to accelerate their development as leaders, and provide a unique environment that helps them develop innovatively.
At the faculty, our aim is to teach students the ways to roll up their sleeves and gain experience in engineering art and science through problem solving. If you choose to study here, you will have great success in purposeful development with the support of faculty and staff. We have qualified and strong teaching staff in all our departments, which are taught in English at a rate of 30%.
You will receive research and project-oriented education with qualified and powerful faculty members in laboratories with devices, machines, software and tools equipped with the “state of art” latest high technology. The Faculty of Engineering, located in the Haliç campus of the university, has laboratories and classrooms equipped with the latest high technology devices, machinery, software and tools. When the ongoing constructions in the Topkapı Campus of our university are completed, our Faculty will move and continue education in 2022.
In addition to the main undergraduate program you will study at our faculty, you can get a second undergraduate diploma from a different program at the faculty or university (double major (double major) / double major). Students who want to have knowledge in a particular field can get a minor certificate by participating in the courses in the minor program of the department they choose.
In addition to the main undergraduate programs, our university offers undergraduate students the opportunity to receive a second undergraduate degree a double major as a student in a different program within the university or to study in a minor program to enable them to gain knowledge in a specific field. You will be able to improve yourself at higher levels by taking education from the Master's and PhD programs at our university.
